“Working with Bart on Piercing Brightness really helped me up the ambition and cinematic texture of my new feature film. As the film was intended to mix styles from both experimental cinema and more mainstream film, we were able to use lighting effects and his very talented eye to create some astounding set-pieces, working effectively with both Digital and Super 16mm film. A very talented, hard-working, open and good-humoured Director of Photography.”
